If you find yourself less than completely thrilled with your order, please contact us within 3 days after delivery and you have a window of 7 days from the purchase date to return it for a size exchange.  Please note that we do not offer a size exchange after 7 days; store credit will be provided instead. This credit never expires, allowing you to use it towards future purchases.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist you with modifications. It's important to understand that cancellations and refunds are not possible after an order has been placed.


We want to make you aware that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consider this when making your selection. Additionally, items purchased during a sale can only be exchanged for a different size, depending on availability. If the desired size is not available, these items are non-returnable. Orders placed during a sale are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

This ensures that your package will only be dropped off once a signature is obtained.
