In a world where fashion often prioritizes fast trends over lasting impact, Happy
Lilliput stands as a beacon of hope and empowerment. Our journey began with a
simple yet profound vision: to empower marginalized women in India by teaching
them valuable skills in fabric art and sewing. This vision was inspired by the powerful women who surrounded me during my upbringing, particularly Sunanda Tai, whose resilience and spirit ignited my passion for making a difference.

Growing up, I was fortunate to witness the strength and determination of women who were the breadwinners of their families. Among them was Sunanda Tai, our house help who became a cherished member of our family. Her unwavering dedication and ability to find joy in the face of adversity left a lasting impression on me.

Sunanda Tai’s eyes always sparkled with hope, and it was this sparkle that inspired me to create a platform that could provide opportunities for women like her. I founded Happy Lilliput to support marginalized women, teaching them the art of making fabric flowers and sewing, allowing them to bring my designs to life and gain financial independence.

Happy Lilliput is more than a fashion brand; it is a movement dedicated to
transforming lives. Through our training programs, we equip women with the skills
they need to create beautiful, handcrafted products. These programs not only
provide technical training but also foster a sense of community and self-worth.
Women who once struggled to find stable employment now contribute to our
collections, gaining confidence and pride in their work.

One of our success stories is “Sayali,” a young woman who joined our program with little hope for her future. Through our training, Sayali discovered her talent for
intricate embroidery and stitching. Today, she is not only a skilled artisan but also a mentor to new trainees, helping them navigate the same path she once walked.
The impact of Happy Lilliput extends beyond the individuals we train. By providing
stable employment opportunities, we contribute to the economic growth of our local community. Our artisans; newfound skills and income enable them to support their families, invest in their children's education, and improve their living conditions. This ripple effect fosters a more prosperous and equitable society.                                          

Sunanda Tai continues to inspire me as I work towards my mission. Her legacy lives on in every stitch and flower created at Happy Lilliput. Our commitment is to
